EquipSmart is proud to offer free freight to its customers. All items presented on this site currently qualify for the free freight option. Standard ground shipping is currently FREE on orders over $250 when shipped within the contiguous USA. Shipping times within the contiguous United States vary from 2-10 days. If our shipping carrier determines that your address is inaccessible for delivery, please call EquipSmart at (800) 536-4040 immediately so that we may assist you in making other arrangements. This may involve final delivery at the nearest shipping terminal. Shipments outside our Northern and Central Illinois delivery area will be delivered curbside only. Delivery outside our delivery area does not include inside delivery, uncrating or installation. Please make arrangements (personnel & equipment) for unloading at your location. Liftgate service can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Should you request delivery services directly from the carrier, you may be responsible for additional fees. In our delivery area, we will delivery unpack and set in place for a ground level delivery for an additional fee. This service is currently $95.00. We are unable to deliver outside of the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia within the United States, Freight delivered via common carrier may require liftgate service. During checkout, you will have the option to choose liftgate service if applicable. Liftgate service unloads your shipment to the curb, it is not inside delivery. Consider selecting liftgate service if your facility does not have a loading dock. Otherwise, you will need to make alternate arrangements for unloading at your location. If the freight carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees may apply. Once a shipment is in transit, new fees may apply if there is a change in the delivery address (also known as reconsignment). If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of roundtrip shipping and handling charges, plus any applicable restocking fees. .
